WHO WE ARE
The REVOX sterilization process uses a room-temperature vaporized
peracetic acid (VPA) method to achieve low chemical residuals
and unsurpassed materials compatibility. REVOX technology
eliminates inefficiencies associated with pre-conditioning and
lengthy post-sterilization wait times.
REVOX offers a quick-turn, off-site sterilization service or on-site, in-line processing. With the new REVOX 3000L machine or current
417L, REVOX enables in-line sterilization, which allows you to
safely and easily integrate sterilization into a lean manufacturing
process with no exhaust or other special infrastructure needed. In
May 2014, the FDA granted clearance to a Class II implantable
device utilizing the REVOX sterilization process.
With its VPA sterilization process utilized across the globe,
REVOX serves both the national and international markets, from
Australia and New Zealand to Ireland and the United States.
REVOX provides both on-site and off-site sterilization services
throughout the U.S. and the world, in addition to responsive,
personal and expert service and support.
REVOX is aptly headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota near the
state’s “medical alley,” home to several major medical device
REVOX offers on-site, in-line sterilization processing or off-site
