Drill Masters, which had originally been founded as a tool
manufacturer, evolved into a respected supplier of deep hole drills
and accessories for the automotive, aerospace, medical, firearms,
off-road, heavy equipment, farming, and molding industries.
We have a dedicated the staff of experts with over 85 years of
combined experience to assist the customer with all of their special
requirements. At the beginning phase of an engineering project,
give us a call to discuss the process sequences required to avoid
unnecessary problems in the future. If the customer is experiencing
any gundrilling problems or has questions, they should contact our
engineering staff for solutions.
Re-Tipping: When a tool reaches the point when it can no longer
be used because it has been re-sharpened to its limit, it is chipped
or misused, etc. send them back to us for re-tipping. This saves our
customers as much as 25% the cost of a new tool. This service can
also be done on a competitor’s tools.
Re-Sharpening: We provide a re-sharpening service which
enables our customers to return their used drills and have them
re-ground too factory specifications and returned within 24 – 48
hours. This service can also be done on a competitor’s tools.
Re-Conditioning: If a tool is damaged do to accidental crashes,
operator error, or misuse, it can be returned and re-conditioned to
the original manufacturer’s specifications. This service can also be
done on a competitor’s tools.
Seminars: We offer seminars detailed to the customer’s specific
needs either at our facility or yours. These seminars can be formal
or informal and contoured to upper management, purchasing,
engineers, operators, or set-up and maintenance personnel.
Feasibility Studies, Tooling, Application & Machine Analysis: Is
it right? Can it be better? How can we cut some costs? What are
our options? These are all of the questions to be considered when
evaluating the customer’s process. One option is to have an expert
come in and evaluate your application and process to see what can
be added, enhanced, or omitted to make the process more efficient.
